WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:
Be our safety champion by teaming up with the Environmental Health & Safety Manager to keep both our team and workspace accident-free.
Keep an eagle eye on production, ensuring everything runs smoothly like a well-oiled machine—quality, efficiency, and those all-important KPIs are your jam!
Make magic happen by continuously improving product quality and customer happiness with some nifty client-focused strategies.
Smash those order goals out of the park—you’ll be aiming for an epic 98.5% order fulfillment rate that leaves customers smiling.
Stay on top of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) because we like to play it safe!
Chat with your team about their performance, share feedback like it’s hot, and brainstorm ways to boost efficiency together.
Lead training sessions that turn staff into superstars in their roles.
Spearhead projects that skyrocket productivity while keeping costs in check—your ideas are gold!

Got an associate's or bachelor's degree? Awesome!
Communication skills so smooth they glide; problem-solving smarts; organizational prowess—teamwork makes the dream work here!
AND WE’D LOVE IT IF YOU HAVE:
-Know-how in food safety/cGMPs? Bonus points if you’ve got HACCP certification up your sleeve. -Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish are a big plus. We need strong English communication chops too—both written and spoken.
PHYSICAL STUFF:
-Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs regularly? No sweat for you! -Happy being on your feet for those marathon shifts of 8–12 hours—we see you standing tall!
